as an individual who has always had movement as her center-point, meaghan pursues the embodied experience in many aspects of her life. whether as a former professional dancer, fitness instructor, dance educator, or as a mental health clinician, she finds tremendous potential in honoring both the body and the mind. she believes strongly in the power and capability of the body and nurtures her clients with this belief— holding a safe space for an individual to cultivate their own embodied self as they move towards their definition of well-being.

 

currently, meaghan is a licensed mental health counselor and a registered dance and movement therapist. she is a behavioral therapist and group facilitator at the obsessive compulsive disorder institute at mclean hospital. additionally, she has a small private practice in which she is able to cultivate meaningful, long-term therapeutic relationships. she is grateful to work with folks who want to identify meaning in their life as they navigate their day to day. of note, meaghan specializes in anxiety, ocd, eating disorders, and trauma; she utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy and is continuously practicing her allyship to the bipoc and LGBTQ+ community. she currently resides in cambridge, ma.
